We provide various consultations on visa acquisition in Japan. Since Japanese Immigration Control Act is often revised and procedures may change based on individual circumstances, our experience in keeping track with the latest visa screening criteria can prevent mistakes.

Visa Application Services
There are no guarantees that the visa will be granted even though all the required documents have been submitted. It is important to determine in advance any additional documents that are necessary for a smooth progress of the visa assessment.

Is it possible to extend the “temporary visitor” visa if a parent of a foreign employee gets hospitalized while visiting Japan on a “temporary visitor” visa?
In principle,” temporary visitor” visa cannot be extended. However, it may be permitted in case of illness or due to other unavoidable circumstances or in case an immigration officer admits that it is difficult to return home. There is no uniform standard for that as such matters depend on the discretion of the immigration officer. Upon gathering information on the situation, we will judge on whether there is a chance for that or not.

The difficulty in selection also varies, and it is considered that Category 4 has the highest level of difficulty.

- Are all first consultation free?

Requests for quotes, visa consultations and general questions related to our business are all free. For consultation on a specific visa, there will be a fee, but we will offer a quotation beforehand and we will start working only after the customer agrees on the cost and service.

- How about Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays?

If you inform us in advance, we will do our best to arrange meetings on weekends and holidays. However, please note that visa applications are only available within Immigration Bureau's reception hours (weekdays from 9:00 – 16:00).

In principle, we cover the jurisdiction of Tokyo Immigration Bureau (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Niigata, Yamanashi, Nagano). We will negotiate separately for other areas of jurisdiction (the fees for business trips may be charged separately).
Example: If the location of the head office is in Tokyo, visa application will be filed at Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
